House located in West Orlando near 408. Very quite family neighborhood. No application fee required. If interested a $39.95 background check is required.

The room comes furnished (tv, bed queen, dresser, lamps, night table, closet, and bedding set). Private bathroom but will need to be available if family are visiting.

Services included in price: electric, water, and weekly cleaning. Parking available for 1 car only.

Have 2 common areas: living room( sofas, TV, and lamps) and kitchen. Laundry access is provided.

Single occupancy only available to mature, responsible, friendly and cleanup after yourself.

Must also be OK with large dogs living in the home.

Policy: -No overnight guest or parties -No drinking -Smoking outside on porch -No drugs -No loud noise -No pets.

I’m very quiet and work from home. I have 3 senior dogs who stay in my room or in my office.
