Easy street parking. Located near The Grove, Farmer’s Market, LACMA, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, LA Fitness, parks, restaurants and cofees around in a walking distance.

I’m an actor, director and writer currently working at home. I spend most of my time there, unless I get a contract or a job that requires me to be out or abroad. I’m a very clean and organized person… although I smoke… I expect the person who moves to be organized, clean and respectful… Full time job is preferred. No alcoholics or noisy people, please.
