About the room
The room is located upstairs, is spacious, includes a big closet, carpet flooring and a dedicated ethernet cable. The house has three bedrooms and 1 bathroom, nice kitchen and laundry in the basement. The house itself is spacious with lots of room for your own decoration/personalization throughout. The front and back yards are beautiful, with a raised wooden platform in the back yard under a huge tree and is a great spot for relaxing. Parking is good.
There are TriMet stops around, food carts, parks, wide bike lanes, grocery stores and other shops dotted and clustered around.
There is a cat living in the house but he has had zero access to the vacant room, in case you are allergic. While he is the goodest boy to anyone/pet, we would like to keep this a one pet house.
Utilities are included with rent. Internet is separate at $10/mo.
About the roomies
Current residents are Garrett, 28 and Ruger, 24. We’re both busy throughout the week and easy to get along with :)
There is also a cat who is on his own program and is super friendly about it. His name is Malcolm.
