South 43rd Street

The room i am renting out is upstairs with all the other rooms, it has a window and is right next to the bathroom, the room also has a closet with sliding doors. The property has 3 bedrooms the 1 bath. It is about a 6 minute walk to the Tacoma mall. The property is also located right next to most freeway interchanges, I-5 N & S. WA 16 E & W. plenty of shopping centers near such as the Michael’s Plaza, Lincoln Plaza. Walmart and target are located 2 miles away and Safeway is down the road on 38th.

Currently its just me living here along with my two dogs and two cats. I work in Construction as a traffic control supervisor. I enjoy taking my dogs out to places when I can. I enjoy playing video games from time to time. Im super into cars, and anything I’m very easy going, only ask for a few things if you decide to stay here. 1) respect everybody’s space. 2) Please pick up after yourself if you make a mess in the common area (living room, kitchen and bathroom. 3) And rent needs to be on time please.
