One bedroom available for one person. Shared bathroom with one person. 6 bedroom house so will have 5 roommates who split the water (usually less than $50), PGE (usually less than $45), trash ($10/monthly), and Wifi ($11/monthly). Washer and dryer included in unit. If you have a vehicle, it will need to be parked on the street or on campus (house is across the street from campus). One dog and one cat live here. Two backyards. No dishwasher.

The house includes 3 women and 2 men with 1 available room. Everyone is chill and respectful. We often have gatherings in the house. We are all students in our 20’s.
