I have an extra bedroom available in my 3 bedroom apartment ready for move in right now. Next month I’ll have another one available as one of my current occupants are moving out. There is no security deposit but there is a $100 move in fee along with your 1st month rent. You can choose to pay a deposit which is refundable upon the end of your contract or you can use it should you be unable pay rent one month. The rooms will be unfurnished. They both can comfortably fit a full size mattress but anything bigger will further limit your space. Rent includes utilities, access to the WiFi, full access to the kitchen, and washing machine ( no inhouse dryer). There is also a laundromat right across the street for your laundry needs. You’re allowed to decorate the room to your liking. One of the bedroom doors currently has a lock but I no longer have the key to it so you’re welcome to buy one of your own. I don’t mind company but please keep it to a minimum. I had a huge problem with a past roommate and their company so Id like for that not to happen again out of respect for the other occupants. 420 friendly in the apartment but please no cigarettes. There are currently 2 others renting the bedrooms and 1 renting my livingroom as her personal space. I have a lot of carpet in the apartment so I ask that shoes are taken off at the door. Please be courteous and clean what you use. If you cook or use dishes clean up after yourself. Anything else feel free to contact me.

I’m a 32y/o male. I do my best to keep the apartment in order. I got along great with past roommates as well as the one who is currently there. I’m really chilled and laid back. I’m in and out of town a lot as I’m currently in the process of moving but keeping the apartment and renting out the rooms.
