Our 3 story duplex includes kitchen (don’t mind our MTG/Sorcery table setup in the picture 😂), living/dining, and half bath on the main floor, 3 beds/2 bath on the second floor and a large loft space on the third floor. Full bathroom on second floor is shared between both spare rooms but you’d most likely have it to yourself. The unit has a single car garage with extra storage and you would have your own designated parking spot! The house backs up to Larkspur Trail with direct access to Pilot Butte.

Hi everyone! My name is Nikki and my boyfriend (Riley) and I are looking for an awesome roommate to rent a room in our newly renovated townhome in NE Bend! A little about us, we’re both in our late 20s. I work in Healthcare and Riley in childcare. We love the outdoors, but love the chill movie and nerdy game nights (Sorcery, Elder Scrolls and Mariokart are our favorites) at home too! We’re both easygoing, respectful and organized which we also value in roommates, so we’re looking for a responsible individual who will help and contribute with chores/cleaning around the house, but we’d also love our roommate to be our friend and not just someone occupying a room.
