A sunny, quiet, private, full sized bedroom in a small 2 bedroom apt. on the 21st floor looking east to the Williamsburg bridge. Lower East Side/ Chinatown area and near shops and restaurants on Canal and Essex. Nice river walk to South Street Seaport. Transport options are bus, subway F line, Citibike and East River ferry. Its nice to walk over the bridges to Brooklyn and Uber pick is easy, right off the FDR. Parking is on the street. Queen bed, sheets and towels are available if needed. Cooking is allowed. There is no living room so we hang out in the kitchen mostly. The building is from the 1960s and has many families and retired folks who have been here a long time. Its pretty quiet. There is a self serve laundry on the ground floor.

My quiet, gentle dog lives here too. We travel often for weeks at a time, so you have the place to yourself.
