Hello! I am leaving the state at the end of May and am looking to fill a roommate vacancy. All utilities (electricity, heating, internet, AC, water) are included with no extra charge from the rent. The apartment is 2 bedrooms (they are shared, 2 people in each) and 1 bathroom in Hoboken, NJ. Feel free to send a message to my email (or send a message on this platform) if you are interested, your move in date can be on June 1st, but it is possible for you to move in as early as May depending on the circumstances.

The apartment location is very convenient for those who work at or perform research on the Stevens campus because it is only about ten minutes from the school even if you walk. It is primarily a student apartment so if you are in college you will fit in well. It is also possible to travel to NYC and Jersey City on weekends due to their proximity.

Credit history is not required, but if you do not have it then make sure you can have a guarantor sign to confirm that rent will be paid.

All roommates here are students at Stevens and are primarily involved in engineering majors. If you have special interests in or study topics pertaining to engineering, technology, and internet, you will fit right in. The apartment is also kept fairly clean, and all roommates are willing to pitch in to maintain it.

All in the apartment are also expected to be accommodating to the requests of others to a reasonable and fair extent. If you are interested in staying here, a meeting with all of us may be set up to determine if you are a good fit.
