Ideal housemates are in their mid-20s - early 30s, help keep the common area clean and contribute to our friendly, peaceful household. You must have a minimum credit score of 700, and a gross income three times the rent (landlord’s criteria). We take great pride in providing our housemates a safe and comfortable living environment. We already have a cat and cannot accommodate more pets.
