The apartment itself is on the second floor with a 1-car garage and off-street parking. Coin-operated laundry is just underneath the stairs, and are almost never in use by other people. Credit check and references are required by the landlord plus a $40 application fee.

I am a 29 year-old working for a city-run art gallery as a education coordinator, and also make and sell my own artwork on the side. I love to cook and even have my own spice garden on the shared balcony. I’m not a partier, instead I enjoy casually playing videogames and watching streams. I’m cool with males, females, and couples.
