Fully furnished second floor room available 07/01. Furnished with a queen bed, dresser, mirror, 2 book cases/storage shelves and closet. You’ll share the upstairs living area with another roomie.

The downstairs living area, dining room, kitchen and laundry room are shared spaces. All utilities are included along with internet. Parking available in driveway.

Located in quiet subdivision with access to pool, gym, and all hammock/fire pit areas. Publix is a 5 minute drive around the corner. I95 is about a ~10 minute drive.

I travel about 50% of the time for work so I am away 1-2 weeks or more each month. When I am home, I go into the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days. I am looking to share my space with a responsible working professional.
