Hello! Sadly I’m moving out of the apt to be closer to my boyfriend, so a room opened up in our apt! This is a room that has a lot of light, brand new ac, walk-in closet, en-suite private bathroom and very easily comfortably fits a queen bed and a desk (and more! Room is huge). It’s your own bathroom but apt is shared with 2 roommates - available for sublet April, May and option to lease for the rest of the year. Can be rented with furniture or without. The apt has all the usual amenities, doorman, and laundry in the basement and a spacious/cozy balcony with Empire State view . Located in one of the best areas in Murray hill, close to great coffee shops and restaurants, subway stations (33rd or 28th st) and Trader Joe’s / Whole Foods, all just around the corner <1min walk.
