I’m looking for a roommate to renew a lease with on a 2 bed, 2 bath unit in the Prado, downtown West Palm Beach, starting September 1. Rent is $1,437 plus utilities. Apartment is fully furnished. Allows for one pet under 25lbs, with pet deposit. Building has gym, pool, and hot tub.

I’m 25 and I work from home in marketing and sales. I enjoy going out with friends for a drink after work, but I’m not a partier by any means and I always call it a night pretty early. When I’m not working, I’m riding horses, spending time with family and friends, or reading out on the pool deck. I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I’m starting this search early because I want to get to know someone and make sure we’re compatible roommates! Looking for a female roommate.
