Hello, this townhouse is undergoing renovations such as changing the wall color, replacing all appliances, and installing new flooring. All interior renovations will be completed by the end of May. This house has three bedrooms. Two rooms will be rented upstairs. It is 5-7 minutes from I-4, the Altamonte Mall and Adventhealth Altamonte Hospital. All of the major restaurants are nearby, and downtown Orlando is only 15 to 20 minutes away. Also, close to the well-known RDV Sports Gym. After Renovation picture will be posted ASAP. Due to renovations, I cannot present it.

My wife and I rent this townhouse. My wife recently moved to Florida. I work in the Information Technology Department at AdventHealth and mostly work from home. My other activities are gym, healthy lifestyle fun and traveling. My wife is an architect who is looking for a new job in the Orlando area. We are a friendly, quiet, and clean person. we cook food at home mostly.
Due to the high cost of living and planning to buy our own house. We are looking for a clean, quiet roommate who is not involved with drugs. Room Renter will have dedicated parking spot. I’ve been living in this neighborhood for the past two years, and it’s a peaceful and secure neighborhood. At the time of move in, one month’s rent and an equal amount of security deposits will be required. Three months minimum and longer.
