This house is in the Barracks, so there is access to the Cove. Lots of room in the common areas and back yard, half bath in the house, so no need for guests to use yours :) Common areas are fully furnished, just need bedroom furniture.
About the roomies
Currently 2 people live in this 4 bedroom house, we are super friendly, 20 & 21 years old. We definitely give each other a lot of freedom and space, but enjoy our occasional movie night/ dinner!
