About the room
This apartment is a duplex, nice little place, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Washer/dryer provided. Living room available. We do have neighbors, they are pretty quiet and keep to themselves, havent really had any interaction with them ever since I moved in.
The only things that I would require is: -Paying Rent on time -Help with Gas and Electricity bills -Clean up after your own mess
Anything else is free game. If you wanna decorate or make your area more comfortable, go for it. All I ask is to not put holes in the walls.
The property itself is through JK Rentals, if you are interested in moving in, I will give ya the details on what the process is. Also just as a heads up, the property does not allow animals unfortunately.
About the roomies
Hello! My name is Jerod, im 24 years old, and I work at Loves Travel Stop. Ive been living here for 4 years and havent had much of a problem with anyone. I am a huge gamer and VR enthusiast, so I mainly just keep to myself. Im either in my room or at work most of the time, so you never really have to see me.
The other is Pavel, he is a new roomie to the place, he attends college and stays in his room.
We just mainly keep in our rooms most of the time so you dont have to deal with or see us much often. We are both really friendly and welcoming to anyone interested in needing a place to stay.
