Private room available in the North East Historic district of Kansas City, less than ten minutes from the River Market and downtown areas of KC. This home is newly bought. I am open to roommates contributing to the addition of furniture in the shared spaces if they would like. Laundry is included, fenced in yard, front and back porches, and space for storage.
About the roomies
