Hello! The apartment location is near NW 60th & 7th Ave Miami. I need a roommate (prefer female) to share this beautiful, quiet roomy 2 bedroom apartment starting August 1st 2023. I am not home much and want to live with a mentally mature roommate that is independent and understands importance of communicating since we share a home and want to live peacefully. I am down to earth - and busy. Just moved here last February. This newly refurbished apartment building reopened then. There is a sizable living room. Each bedroom has a decent closet. There are 2 other storage closets. The Kitchen has brand new stove and refrigerator. There are laundry facilities in the building on 1st floor and an outside court yard.

Property is well taken care of with a security fence and parking. Big windows with modern blinds that landlord just put in. If you are interested please email me and tell me about yourself and we can organize a meeting so you can see the place. **No drugs, prefer non smoker. In addition: I have a new full bed if you need one, and a great desk. The room can be furnished with bed, desk, chair or not. We can figure this out later.

I have 2 mild mannered grey tabby cats that take care of each other. I am a young at heart 54 year old who works on the railroad. I live a busy lifestyle but need quiet time at home. Like to listen to music while cooking. World citizen. Use to teach drawing at a community center. I’ve lived on both coasts before moving here last July for family reasons and a job transfer. I am tidy-but not too picky, & friendly but not a pushover. I do not do drugs or smoke. I respect your privacy as I expect you to respect mine.
I would like a roommate who has a full time job or/and has a busy lifestyle.

I want this apartment to feel like home for both of us. :)
