Hi there! The property is about one mile from Full Sail University in Winter Park. House is a 3/2 is Eastbrook neighborhood. I’m a teacher and work with special needs kids. I moved here from Jacksonville about a year ago and my ex-husband now has majority custody of our teenage daughter,15. She visits on the weekends every 3 weeks and holidays because we wanted her to finish high school in JAX. She is an honor student, plays instrument in school band, very sweet and when she’s in town we are usually at universal or out n about. I’m low key and chill, ok with 420 but all smoking outside absolutely no hard drugs. I’m usually busy doing work around the house, and back in school for my Masters. I occasionally will do a club, have friends over, no one stays after 10, It’s a pool home with a nice outdoor patio space and an office. I’d like us to keep a clean house specially the common living areas. Im very social but need some alone time. You’d be responsible for 1/3 of the electric and water bill. Should never exceed $130 a month.

I am bilingual occasionally have friends over mostly weekends and working towards graduate school.
