Brick townhouse (corner unit) in German village. There’s a small front porch and nice shared backyard. We are right by Schiller Park and lots of restaurants and shops. The street parking is consistently open. In unit laundry in the basement. Brand new dishwasher. There is one full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. I am 23 years old and a dog walker. I am introverted and I don’t party much, however guests and music don’t bother me if we communicate about it. The townhouse has 3 units total and the neighbors are respectful and kind. I think as housemates, we should collaborate on a shared standard for cleaning and organizing.

It would be a bonus if we had any interests in common (art, DnD, cooking) but I am happy to give you space if you like to keep to yourself.
Both myself and my partner (lives separate) are LGBTQ. It would be ideal to live with someone in the LGBTQ community or an ally.
