The room is currently available: June 1-July 17..When the lease is up, you can extend till the end of July** renew for 12 months+ or move out
Current situation - modern 2 beds 2 baths with in-unit washer and dryer with a shared living and kitchen space. THE ROOM IS UNFURNISHED. It is decently sized, and holds a queen-sized bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The living room currently has a couch and dining table and chairs. The apartment is on the 8th floor, you have a nice view of SF. The building amenities include a mid-sized gym, common area, cafe, and restaurant.
Location: SOMA
Amenities close by: civic center train station, Trader Joe’s (on 9th), Walgreens, Twitter, the Market, SF Symphony, etc
**if you extend till end of July, you will pay the prorated rent solo, because the other person is moving out, unless you have someone you want to move in with you.
About the roomies
One female apartment buddy (she will move out end of the lease). Quiet, respectful fun, keeps to her own space.
