Michael's room

New constructed condo located in downtown crown and minutes to RIO. Property is walkable to LA Fitness, Harris Theeter and multiple restaurants. You will have private access to the back patio, and the room is large enough to fit a queen bed, desk, and table. Room is not furnished. You will share the bathroom with one other guest and the washer/dryer are new. Kitchen and living room are available for all guests. Parking is available at the front and back of the property. The community includes a pool, tennis court, and dog parks which is is nice for jogging and walking.

Students and young professional are welcome. No couples at this moment and pets are case by case. 6-months minimum to 1-year. This is a smoke and drug free home.
