Available early May. The lease ends in August 2023, but you can extend. 13th floor corner studio apartment that costs $1299 a month including utilities. ONLY STREET PARKING. When I moved in a paid first and last up front and the person who takes over will need to as well. You share a wall with one neighbor and they are super quite. Has way more windows compared to the other studios. The apartment comes furnished and even includes tv. The apartment only came with one chair not two but you can request a second one be added. Perfect for the coming summer months as it has central AC and heat of course. FULL KITCHEN!
Rent is by the person so this is best for a solo person. ESA pets are allowed!
First and last month rent is required up front.
The building has shared laundry but there’s one two floors down or one floor up and it costs $1.25 each time. It has a business center (printer), gym, courtyard, and the front office receives all packages.
Lots of restaurant and food carts near by. The max is right outside the building and the Portland Saturday market is two blocks away.
