The apartment is in a newer secured building, with (Shared) amenities to include (Courtyard/Grill/Pond/Walking-Bike Trails). The (Shared) washer/dryer are inside the apartment. The available bedroom & bath are on their own side of the apartment. In between the bedroom & bath is a private area of its own with: REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, and KEURIG) for the renter of the Bedroom/Bath. The kitchen/living room, and rest of the apartment are not shared. UTILITIES/CABLE/WIFI-INTERNET ARE INCLUDED! NO PETS. NO SMOKERS please. I’m seeking a qualified female or male. I’m very neat/clean and expect the same out of a renter. I’d like to be able to verify income, background, and get references.
