I have two dogs, 50 & 65lbs, so if you are allergic or don’t like animals this is not the space for you. No more pets please, unless they are small and caged/crated when you are away. My dogs are super friendly but I don’t want to worry about something happening when they are not directly supervised.

A bathroom will be shared with one other person. Room has queen bed with bedding, small desk and office chair, drawers, 30 inch TV with Amazon Prime, Philo Cable, Paramount plus and lots of free apps.

Utilities, WIFI, Laundry, workout equipment in the basement, and kitchen/living/yard space access are included. Blackout curtains are available for nightshift workers. The house has covered front and back porches, a fire pit and fountain in the back yard.

Room is 136.5 sq ft and has a standing wardrobe with drawers. Room is $900/mo., plus a $900 deposit. There is a $36 application fee. Month to month.
