Rent is $600 a month and $100 deposit on a month-to-month basis. Rent includes all utilities, wifi and full access to the kitchen and laundry. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe an very family friendly. Owner lives on site in the downstairs room. The available room is located upstairs with plenty of privacy. Bathroom is shared with other student/tenant. NO pets, overnight guests, parties, drinking and drug use.
