3rd Avenue South

We are leaving our home and are looking for 2-3 people to take over our lease for our home. The home is a lovely space. Very sound, and always warm in the winter(free heating). The property is walking distance to the MIA and MCAD, there is bus transportation right down the street, and restaurants/coffee shops and Uptown all within walking distance. The apartment is about 100 years old with a lot of charm and well maintained. The management company is extremely professional and always very quick to respond to any issues with the house. (usually within a day or two at the most). The place has hardwood flooring, bright living room, and a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Renters pay for electric and internet. Along with a flat rate of 50 dollars to cover gas, trash and sewer. Ideally looking for renters for the first of January.

My name is Gabriel, 26 year male, I am a cook and baker and I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling and coffee. My roommate Jasmine 20 year old female is a kind and caring individual, she likes art, outdoor activities, and cooking. 3 very sweet cats also live in the apartment.
