Basement bedroom with kitchenette, separate bathroom, separate washer/dryer, and utilities included. The basement area is shared, but we use it very sparingly. We are ideally looking for a female, but I am open to the right renter. I am ok with a renter having one cat, I cant house any dogs. We are initially leasing for 3 months and can do month by month afterwards if its a good fit. Paycheck stubs and a background check will be requested. We are asking for a 500 dollar deposit upon move in day.

We are a family of three with two cats. my wife and i work from home. My two year old is in daycare M-F . We are ideally looking for someone that works normal business hours.
