Large bedroom (converted single car garage) with large mirrored closet. Washer and dryer. Street parking. Large backyard. 50/50 split on utilities. This is a quiet and calm household and perfect for students. No parties or overnight guests. No smoking. The room will be ready in June, but I can hold off for a student starting classes in August.

I work part-time from home. I enjoy the outdoors (camping, hiking, kayaking), yoga and fitness classes, and traveling. I’m also learning Spanish! I have a large, senior dog. She is very sweet.
