Roomate wanted in a 2B2B unit. (Spanish - compartido apartamento con 1 persona ya en apartamento). Should work 40hrs a week. Luxury apartment shared with 1 person already in unit. Your own room, & bathroom. Shared kitchen & living room. This area is furnished. It has a in unit washer/dryer, balcony, walk in closets. Cleanliness is a must. Would like a friendly, considerate person & Covid Safe…. if it comes back. Close to 880, 237, & 680, Trader Joe’s & The Great Mall. Apt is across from Lightrail Station & Bart. There is a cabana with swimming pool on the rooftop. Along with a gym. Must sign a lease. Room available June 25th. Lease must me signed before May is over.

I am friendly, courteous, respectful to other people. I would like someone that holds a full time position like myself. Has more or less the same schedule. I work early mornings & tend to sleep a bit earlier on weekdays. On weekends I like to go out and do things. I’m not a homebody as much. Only when I’m sick or tired to I stay home. I like to go hiking, camping, kayaking, wine tasting dinning out. Checking out new places I haven’t been to.
