I need a roommate around the beginning of June. The rent is 600 a month. Utilities (water, electric, trash) swing between 130-150 bucks a month each depending on the weather.

The house has internet only, no cable. Your half of the internet bill is 20 bucks. You have your own bathroom and there is a washer and dryer.

Deposit is 600 and there is an application fee. So far, the landlord has never failed to return someone’s deposit.

About me: I am a carbon-based life form who is still furious that the government hauled my flying saucer from the New Mexico desert before I was able to return with the parts to fix it and leave this dying capitalist, fascist planet. Srsly. I am also a musician who is into metal, goth, punk, and psychedelic music.

I am Gen X but have a millennial outlook on life. I simply get along with younger people better. I honestly don’t even look my age.

I have a dog who is cool with cats, but she also has a dog door to the backyard, and so you’ll need to keep your cat confined to your room or be OK with it being indoor/outdoor. I am trying to get a food garden going in the backyard if anyone wants to help out with that.
