Deposit negotiable - refundable. Nice 1600+ square foot home in Gilbert Lakes neighborhood. 1.5 miles from downtown Gilbert, which boasts of many delicious restaurants and shopping. Also the neighborhood the house is in, Lago Estancia, has many bike trails and scenic man-made lakes with paved paths around the lakes. Very beautiful to explore and enjoy. I would like a Female roommate - as I am the only tenant currently.

Roommate can have the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. Also free use of the rest of the main part of house, including living room as that isn’t used much/at all by me, and family room - also isn’t used much, and kitchen which we’d both use. Yard has double-size patio, roommate is welcome to use. Garage can fit 2 vehicles. I use 1 side, roommate can use other side of the garage, and have their own garage door opener.

Additionally, I have a pet bunny who lives in a small contained area by the kitchen/family room area.

I own the washer/dryer and fridge, happy to share with whoever rents the room. I would use the 2 smaller bedrooms and guest bath. Split utilities.
