Brooke's room

Hello! I have a room in a three bedroom-three bathroom townhouse available 05/27. (The bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house as an FYI.) You will have your own private bath, access to w/d, kitchen, common areas, etc. The room does not currently have a bed, however I do have a twin provide if you’re not able to bring one. The room also has a full walk-in closet. There is also a desk available if needed.

I am located in the Heights of Hood River, and my house is walkable to grocery store, coffee shops, bars, etc. Room has lots of light! Rent is $1000, utilities included.
Also: -Garage storage available for gear -Parking space in driveway.

I’m 42 y/o female and have lived in Hood River for a year and a half. I’m a Hospice social worker and love my job. I like a quiet household, and do most of my socializing out and about. I am hoping to find a fellow professional, or someone w/ a stable and reliable job. My home is my sacred space (save the outdoors!) so I would like to find a housemate whom will be respectful and considerate of the space, and wants to maintain a peaceful living environment. I have lived w/ roommates most of my life so am familiar w/ all the various dynamics that can arise! I am an extrovert and do enjoy living w/ considerate and mindful folks. I have a sweet tabby cat as well, for those w/ allergies. He does not like to share space w/ other pets sadly.
