Private bathroom with tenants on that side of house, new toilet and new faucet In sink and shower. The ranch style house is set up with rooms and master on opposite sides of house. The master bedroom and garage are not available. Prior validation of good credit score is necessary. New hot water heater and I do all the outside maintenance/clean up, newer dishwasher and washer/dryer are newer aswell.The lease would be month-month. Smoking outside and I don’t booze. Plenty of room in kitchen. It’s a quiet place, 10 minutes off I-5, four min. walk to ALBERTSONS. Security cameras on premises! Hi-speed Wifi. Backup power generators for power loss.

I have a job/routine/structure/nerd status, just not full on pocket protector status. I’m a busy guy, multiple college degrees, steady job, family near. I fix things or get things taken care of quickly if something not working properly.
