My wife and I live in this 3 floor townhome in the Otay Ranch neighborhood of Chula Vista, across from Otay Ranch High School. The room available for rent is on the 3rd floor and includes an adjacent bathroom. The rest of the 3rd floor is a open loft type area with space to watch TV, play games, read a book, or just hang out. All home amenities including kitchen, dining room, laundry, and patio are included. It also includes a pass to the clubhouse down the block which has a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor grilling and eating area. This is great for military, students, athletes, or any full-time professionals that want a nice quiet place to live with space to relax.

A few notes before applying: you must have a clean criminal record and provide proof of ability to pay the rent and some references. We do not allow use of marijuana in the house and illegal drugs are not allowed at all. My wife and I work both full time and we are very easy to get along with, having lived with lots of roommates before. As far as interaction with us, we are okay if you prefer to keep to yourself or want to socialize and share a meal every now and then.
