I am looking to rent out the other two unfurnished bedrooms to 1 individual for $1200 with all utilities included and washer and dryer. This is a package deal you get both rooms for $1200 total in order to provide you with a bedroom and living space. The home is located in a convenient location close to highways, restaurants, and shopping. You’ll have a fully renovated kitchen and shared bathroom along with a beautiful deck and large yard. There is driveway parking in the front and laundry in the rear of the home. There’s one friendly dog and I am open to pets upon review of your application. Must be able to provide proof of income, references, and rental history. After seeing the home there will be an application provided if you are interested. The application fee is $35.
