I have a room available in a great neighborhood in Orange off Katella and N Tustin St. Easy access to many freeways ; the 55, 57, 91 and 22. Near mall and not far from Chapman University.

The $1,500 rent includes all utilities, housekeeping, usage of all common areas including kitchen, washer & dryer, hi speed wifi (1GB/sec), dinning / living room areas , garage storage space, and a large backyard.

We both easy going working professionals 35 and 26. We are both clean, respectful, financially responsible, and looking for someone likeminded who is easy going (no drama).
