I have a room available in a great neighborhood in Orange off Katella and Tustin St. Easy access to many freeways ; the 55, 57, 91 and 22. It’s conveniently located near the Orange mall and not far from Chapman University. The $1,400 rent includes all utilities, housekeeping, usage of all common areas including kitchen, washer & dryer, hi speed wifi (1GB/sec), dinning / living room areas , garage storage space, and a large backyard. Room can be furnished if you prefer.

We both easy going working professionals 32 and 25. We are both clean, respectful, financially responsible, and looking for someone likeminded who is easy going (no drama).
