Lexie's room

This place is AWESOME - it was recently remodeled with all new appliances, and has a large yard and hot tub, both of which get serviced twice a month at no additional cost. Unfortunately, no pets.

We are looking to be friends with our future roommate and hoping to find someone looking for the same. We’re both 26 and identify as women. We love the outdoors, hosting dinner parties, surfing, and just generally spending time with friends and family. We both work mostly remotely and plan to work from the house often.
