Drug free only please. Alcohol is okay. Keeping common spaces tidy is expected. If you have common space furniture you’d like to bring let us know!

Both roomies are in late 20’s/early 30’s with professional careers. Everyone is out of the house most evenings. Current roomies hardly use the kitchen so it’s available for someone who loves to cook! During the summertime it’s nice to have 2 common spaces to spread out (roof and living room).
