-neat and tidy private suite in forested community. -very quiet. -house is empty during the day. The suite opens onto a deck through a sliding glass door, which can also be used as a private entrance. (see photos). There is an Adirondack chair on the deck, overlooking a dense Ponderosa pine forest, wildlife and the sound of birds. You are never in view of anyone while on the deck. -very fresh air with an aroma of pine and slight aroma of vanilla. -sunshine and light breezes create shimmering branches. -refreshing for the soul. There’s a pond in the springtime. There is a small storage building available for use, I live alone with 2 cats. I would be happy to add a mini-fridge and microwave. I’m brand new to this so haven’t installed a lot of equipment yet that might not be necessary. There is no wifi (because it causes some people to get headaches), tenants use a hotspot from their phone. I am happy to install an ethernet port if you need it. The house and the community are quiet, peaceful, clean and safe (see photo). Garage can accommodate small to medium vehicle. House is in a 55+ community.
