Seth's room

The rent includes everything, WiFi, water, electricity and a parking spot. It is located close to everything, including Downtown, the freeway and the Airport. I have lived here for over 6 years. It is privately owned and maintained really well. Quiet and clean.

I work a full time job, own my own online business and have other projects that keep me busy. I keep things clean and I am usually doing things throughout the day and night because of different time zones. I also enjoy traveling, music and art.
