This home is in a good neighborhood and it is safe as well. There is 2 law enforcement officers that live on the same street. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has a good size yard for cookouts or just hanging outside with a good book. The main living area is a good size as well. There is a parking space in the driveway for your car as well as good internet for if you work from home. The home is 18 minutes from Fort Collins, 20 minutes from Loveland, 8 minutes from Windsor and 15 minutes from the I-25 ramp. My roommate and I just moved to the area from Connecticut and Las Vegas. My roommate is a server and I work from home. I love to travel, play video games, watch tv, go to new restaurants and adventures and spend time with my family. My roommate loves plants and herbs, her cat (Bee), hanging out with friends and going on new adventures as well! We aren’t just looking for a roommate, but also someone who could be a great friend as well!
