Super quiet area, with plenty of good quality restaurants, entertainment, etc. around. The property is also over an acre, so plenty of area to walk around and chill outside in nature (I love doing this when the weather is good!). Room is unfurnished, nice wood flooring.

I am looking for someone to rent out a room at the house. There is myself and another roomate Demario who is a male and father in his thirties that is rarely home. I’m a 23-year-old singer-songwriter who owns two cats (one named Sirius and one named Ollivander, both Harry Potter Themed). I love to cook and read a lot!
