I have a single bedroom for rent on the second floor of my home. Right now it has a bed, bed frame, night stand, and dresser. If you do not want the furniture, I can move it into storage. There is a hallway bathroom with a stand-up shower that would be shared with one other roommate across the hall, my personal bathroom is on the first floor by my bedroom. The kitchen would be shared space for use, as would any appliances, dishware, etc. that I have in the space. There is a porch (being refinished still) and a deck that you are welcome to enjoy.

I foster rabbits on occasion but they stay on the porch. I am often in the living room working, watching TV, or out and about. Iām a night owl so I come and go pretty late but am always quiet and respectful. I work from home so am generally home during the day. I like to keep to myself but am very welcoming and friendly. I drink socially, but do not smoke and do not allow smoking in or just outside the home. All I ask is that you be respectful of noise, the pets, and that you keep your space clean and the shared spaces cleaner.
