Niki's room

One clean room in smoke-free, pet free house. Room includes (new) queen bed and night stand - also closet and television. Large window facing front of house. House is on quiet street with lots of street parking. House includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Bathroom will be shared with one young woman.

Roommates are mother and adult daughter, both of whom work day jobs. English is not Niki’s first language so her friend may help with some communication when you are deciding whether to rent but easy to communicate otherwise.
