Jacob's room

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and my roommate just moved out. Looking to see if anyone is interested in taking the room. The room is 10 x 11, washer and dryer in unit, living room is furnished already. Moving in would require you to be signed onto the lease. your bathroom is entirely yours, it is not shared. I have a cat here she is a year old and very sweet. Great breeze throughout the house when the weather is nice. Air condition blows the coldest in the room for rent, great for the summer heat.

I am a full time employee contracted by Orange County government but I work from home 3 days a week. I do not smoke, typically stick to myself, I cook occasionally and usually clean on the weekend. Guest are welcome, I am very open to having people over just be responsible for your guest and I’ll do the same.
