Looking for a roommate (any gender) to share fully furnished condo in Sugar Mountain. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and we’d share the living room, kitchen, dining room, and deck. One level; no stairs inside or out. $800 per month plus utilities. Year lease preferred starting this summer or fall 2023. The condo is a 25-minute drive to Boone on Route 105.

I am a 25-year-old male who graduated from App in 2020, going back for a second degree starting this fall. I’m speed-running a degree so I will likely be gone all day every weekday. I like to stay active, do a lot of outdoorsy stuff. Non-judgmental, live your own life.
