Hello! My name is Jay and I’m posting this room for rent. I live in the basement unit, but this room is on the second floor. Besides myself there is one other lady who lives her along with her daughter. All utilities are included in the rent price. It’s located in Parker which is a really nice town. There’s lots of shops and restaurants to try out, and our townhouse is located right in the middle of town which is convenient if you ever just want to use the sidewalks to get around. The community pool is opening up soon as well which is right across from our unit. You will also have full access to the kitchen on the main floor. You will also have access to the washer and dryer located in the basement. Looking to have somebody move in as soon as possible :-) Females only as the current tenants are all females.

My name is Jay and I rent out the basement room downstairs. I work full time at Sky Ridge and I’m in school to get my EMT certification. I’m creating this listing because my landlady hasn’t had much luck in finding people so I was hoping this site might help. My landlady occupies the main part of the townhouse and has a younger daughter. They’re both super sweet people that are easy to get along with. I’ve been renting for 4 months and I’ve never had any issues with them! Your room will be located on the second floor beside their rooms, but the room for rent is really spacious and has its own full bathroom in the room itself.
