Relatively quiet neighborhood with parking available in a private lot. The unit was renovated in 2020 but is on the historic registry and has lots of charm! In-unit laundry, updated appliances, and tons of natural light. The bedroom has two closets and two windows with carpeted floors.

I currently live with one roommate my three cats, but I am looking to rent out my roommate’s room when he moved out in June. I’m pretty quiet and clean work a hybrid-remote job in research. I enjoy cooking, watching tv, hiking, and relaxing. Looking for someone like-minded to share the space with :)
